Shipping & Returns
Your order will ship Fed Ex and will usually go out within 72 hours of placing your order. Shipping times vary on location and other factors such as weather, holidays, etc. Standard delivery within 7 days.
Our standard, posted shipping rates apply to the lower 48 United States. We do offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii as well as International Shipping, but we ask that you contact us directly prior to placing your order.
Scentchips does not accept unauthorized returns. If your warmer is damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact our office at 1-800-4SCENTS (472-3687) or email us at email@example.com for information on getting a credit or replacement.
Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of package. Scentchips does not accept returns on custom blends. If you are unhappy with a pre-made blend, you may send it back and we will send you a replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
